Susan Shahidi has been a resident of Irvine since 1979. Susan has over twenty years of experience in Real Estate, Mortgage, financial planning, new-business development and business management.
From March 2004 to April 2008 Susan was Broker of Orange County Realty and Financial group, managing over 20 employees. In May of 2008 she moved on to Edward Jones Financial as a financial advisor/ planner and at the same time joined Ash Realty as a Real Estate sales person.
In June of 2012, Susan left the corporate world of Edward Jones to follow her lifelong passion of helping others, particularly children. In addition to her position at Ash Realty she is currently Director of Public Relations for International Society for children with cancer (ISCC). Prior to joining ISCC Susan served the organization as a volunteer for 4 years. She is an advocate for children’s rights and is very passionate about helping less fortunate.
At Ash Realty Susan’s areas of expertise are working with investors, listing and sale of single family homes and Short sales. She has a unique approach with all her clients, primary analyzing their financial status, understanding their needs and creating a plan.
